Cancellations, Returns & Change of mind:
Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations or change of mind on any orders, ordered wrong item and found the same product at a lower price elsewhere, please make sure you review your order carefully before purchasing.
Lost orders:
We shall investigate and reship should the investigation find the order is lost. Please allow up to 4 weeks for this process.
Shipping delays:
We do all we can to ensure your order gets to you quickly, however there are times when this is out of our control, please be patient as we will ensure you receive your purchased items.
Broken or damaged products: :
This is very rare as all items are packaged extremely well, however if you do receive a damaged or broken item please take a photo of the product , our invoice and the full package so we can arrange a re-shipment.

Refused Shipments:
If you refuse a parcel that you have ordered from our store, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of the return.
